Our Refund Commitment

At Nexlure Grow, we stand behind every order we fulfill. If a service fails to deliver as described, we will make it right — through a refill, a credit to your wallet, or a full refund.

We process all refund requests fairly and aim to resolve them within 24–72 business hours.

Eligible Refund Cases

You are eligible for a refund or remedy in the following situations:
  • Order not started — The order never began processing after 24–48 hours
  • Incomplete delivery — You received significantly fewer than what was ordered
  • Wrong service delivered — A different service was applied to your order
  • Technical failure — The service failed due to a platform or system error on our end
  • Double charge — You were charged twice for the same order

Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations are generally not eligible for a refund:
  • ❌ Orders that have been fully completed as described
  • ❌ Drop in followers/likes after the guarantee period
  • ❌ Account made private/deleted after placing the order
  • ❌ Incorrect URL or link provided by the customer
  • ❌ Services that explicitly state "non-refundable" in their description
  • ❌ Change of mind after order is started

Partial Refunds

If an order is partially delivered (e.g., you ordered 10,000 followers but only 6,000 were delivered), we will issue a proportional wallet credit for the undelivered portion.

Example: If you paid ₹100 and 60% was delivered, you will receive ₹40 wallet credit.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Dashboard → Support Tickets
  3. Open a new ticket with the subject "Refund Request — Order #XXXXX"
  4. Include your order ID, the issue description, and any screenshots

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–72 hours.

Processing Time

  • Wallet Credit: Processed within 24 hours of approval
  • Payment Refund: Processed within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment gateway)

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Wallet Credit vs. Payment Refund

In most cases, refunds are issued as wallet credit, which you can use for future orders immediately.

If you prefer a direct payment refund to your original payment method, you may request it via your ticket. Direct payment refunds may take longer to process.
