Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nexlure Grow (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

User Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering
  • One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Services & Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and service terms described on the order page
  • Provide accurate social media URLs when placing orders — incorrect links are not eligible for refunds
  • Do not make your profile private after placing an order
  • Order delivery times are estimates and may vary
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate our terms

We strive to deliver all orders as described, but occasional technical issues can affect delivery timelines.

Payments & Wallet

  • All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
  • Wallet credits are non-transferable and non-withdrawable
  • We do not store your full payment card details
  • All transactions are final unless refund conditions are met (see Refund Policy)
  • Chargebacks without contacting support may result in account suspension

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use Nexlure Grow to:
  • Promote illegal, hateful, or harmful content
  • Boost accounts that harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Engage in fraudulent activities or use stolen payment methods
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform
  • Resell services in violation of the upstream provider's terms
  • Create fake news or misinformation campaigns

Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Limitation of Liability

Nexlure Grow is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profit or revenue
  • Account suspension by social media platforms
  • Service interruptions beyond our control

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on Nexlure Grow, including logos, design, and code, is the exclusive property of Nexlure Grow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our Service for its intended purpose only.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you:
  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Initiate unjustified chargebacks

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Unused wallet credits are non-refundable upon termination due to ToS violations.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
